Warranty Terms:
-The phone comes with 1 Year warranty. Please note, warranty does not include physical or water damage.
-If you have problem with our products, please contact us immediately and we will solve the problem for you as soon as possible.
-You will need to ship back the phone to us at your own cost, and we will ship back the phone to you at our own cost.
Shipping Terms:
-Will dispatch from our warehouse in Hong Kong & or Singapore
-We will ship by DHL Express for free!
-We will ship within 1-2 business days after payment
-Please allow up to 5-10 business days for delivery
-We will provide tracking code on paypal after it has been shipped
-DHL DOES NOT ship to Rural/Remote/PO BOX address. If you still want it to be shipped, we can ship it by alternative shipping service called EMS Speed Post which will take up to 6-15 business days for delivery.
-Buyer will be responsible for custom delays or charges
